This area is way up here so you basically have to barge through the front door. So, when you get within sight of the gun, don't dismount off your vehicle just yet. However, at the back of this area, the northernmost point of this zone, there's a building you can hide behind and rocks that are great to use as cover. Here in this original area, there isn't much cover. Now you're getting close to the enemies guarding the North AA gun that you'll need to take out. Eventually, you'll come to a large hill set in the middle of a ship wreck. You will cross multiple clusters of Banished on your way to the North AA gun, but you should be able to speed by them on your vehicle without much issue. Once the Hunters are eliminated, head to the grav lift activation terminal and activate it. If not, next to the Hunters, there is a weapon rack with Manglers, Ravagers, and other weapons you may find helpful if you didn't grab the Hydra, or to use after the Hunter fight. You should have enough ammo to take care of both of them. If you need to hide, you can always use your Grappleshot to retreat up the hill we initially came down. Just be sure to be near cover, because the Hydra takes a long time to reload. If you grabbed the Hydra, now is the time to use it! If you have the high ground you can unload on the Hunters. Remember you can hit down on the D-Pad to scan the area to see where the Grav Lift activation terminal is…. However, the Grav Lift to the gun isn't activated yet, so we need to take care of that first.

Take him out quietly with a melee attack and you can grab his Stalker Rifle.įrom here, you can snipe some Jackals on your way to the gun. From this camp, you can make your way down the hill to the right to sneak up on a Jackal sniper. You should grab the Hydra here for what's coming up next. If you head further east, you'll find a UNSC camp with weapons, including a Hydra, and vehicles. If you time your grappleshot right, you can sling up to the cliff that's even closer to the East AA Gun. If you want to keep avoiding enemies, you can do a long running jump across the gap to the cliff you can see just across the way. When you get to the cliffs and Zeta Halo's hexagonal structures, you can use your grapple to get to the top.Īt the top of the cliff, there's a shotgun and an assault rifle in a small trench. You can follow the path around that to avoid contact with the Banished. Just east of the Pelican, you'll see a big ship wreckage. On this route, you can avoid most enemies by heading along the southeastern edge of the map. You can set a waypoint on your map so you don't get confused about which one you're heading to.
